Victor is a visionary and a dreamer, no assignment is too crazy or too big. Due to his vision and forward looking attitude he has lead Gotcha! during its highest peaks, its lows and through many changes.
Victor works from the head office in Amsterdam with what he refers to as “enthusiastic, motived and experienced employees” all of whom take Victor’s life motto to heart: “success is a choice”.
